Wilson Vale co-founders appear on Leicestershire’s most influential people listing

Andrew Wilson and Carolyne Vale, co-founders of Ashby-based Wilson Vale, have jointly appeared on the Top 200 Most Influential People in Leicestershire Listing under the business people category for the fourth consecutive year. The listing is compiled by the Leicester Mercury Newspaper.

The enterprising couple established Wilson Vale in 2002 and they have gone on to grow a £27 million business. Wilson Vale’s fresh food ethos and innovative approach to foodservice has attracted a portfolio of 95 clients, including independent schools, conference venues and the corporate headquarters of leading organisations within business & industry.
The couple features on the listing alongside leading business figures including Lord Simon Wolfson of Aspley Guise, chief executive, NEXT plc; The Duke of Rutland, landowner; David Thomas, chief executive, Barratt Developments, and Wayne Sheppard, chief executive, Ibstock.
