CEME Conference Centre is a Gold accredited ultra-modern events and meetings venue offering innovative and flexible solutions for all your meetings requirements from high-tech conference auditorium – the POD Theatre tosmall meeting rooms, conference, exhibition and outdoor space. CEME deliver hundreds of meetings and events each year with ‘state of the art’ meeting space from as little as £80.00 per day and can host product launches, presentations, award ceremonies, training seminars, conferences and exhibitions and cater for up to 600 delegates.
All 19 conference rooms have the latest AV technology, complimentary WiFi, natural day-light and special inclusive rates. Located near Rainham on the A13, CEME covers a wide demographic from Central and East London through the Thames Gateway and into Essex and is ideally located for London Docklands and The City with excellent underground, train and road links and free parking for 500 cars. CEME is also an ideal wedding venue with landscaped gardens, lakeside decking areas and amazing reception areas.

West Wing facilities
The impressive West Wing opened in 2012 and offers a wide variety of conference, meeting and exhibition facilities, finished and furnished to the highest of standards and with stunning architecture. Highlights include three oak-panelled Harvard-style lecture theatres each seating up to 76 delegates, three large flexible classrooms, and 18 boardroom style seminar rooms.
East Wing facilities
The East Wing offers a high quality venue, with the pretty courtyard and beautiful garden ensuring an air of calm and tranquillity to a wide variety of facilities. The grounds are suited to seasonal networking events such as BBQs and wine tasting, and can incorporate activities such as team building exercises. Marquees can be erected in the courtyard area.
Whether you are simply looking for a meeting room or wish to arrange a large event for up to 1,000 delegates, we’ll make sure everything is perfect. The East Wingincludes a 300 seat auditorium, five Harvard-style lecture theatres, two large classrooms and a wide selection of seminar rooms. The impressive entrance hall offers a flexible space for registration, exhibitions and catering, whilst the 400 seat outdoor amphitheatre offers a truly stunning and unique option for an event.
The large and medium seminar rooms all contain a desktop computer for use during your event.
Ashorne Hill offers a choice of well-equipped facilities to meet training and meeting needs including 13 acres of landscaped grounds – ideal for team building exercises and an array of leisure facilities.
All 38 meeting rooms offer broadband connectivity, as well as WiFi wireless technology, which is available throughout the whole site and is fully included in the delegate rates.
The innovative, award-winning chefs offer a wide choice and variety, all freshly prepared using seasonal local produce.
