You provide some of this data directly, such as through our venue finding service, meeting with us at exhibitions, networking events and through your interaction with our Eshots. Within membership, we would contact you in relations to the aspects of membership, opportunities and maintenance of your membership information.

We share your personal data with your consent or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorised. This would include sharing your details through our venue finding service on confirmation from you of an event. In addition, where you have met Venues of Excellence or a member venue at a networking event or exhibition, as part of our business follow up, we will share with the appropriate members the information gathered. • Member Venue details are held within the password secured area of the Venues or Excellence website to enable members to network with fellow members
