Training Alliance Consortium Launches the UK’s First IQ Approved ‘Train The Trainer’ Programme At Kents Hill Park
Training Alliance Consortium (TAC) based in Bedfordshire is delighted to announce approval and registration of the UK’s first IQ (Industry Qualifications) approved training programme, designed to ‘train the trainer’.
Entitled Level 3 Organisation Award: Delivering Training in the Workplace, this is a 5 day course comprising three main units and a variety of modules to fully prepare delegates to become in-house trainers in their respective organisations.
Pilot schemes of this Level 3 award are set to run from May through to September this year at the prestigious Kents Hill Park Training and Conference Centre in central Milton Keynes. This facility boasts purpose built training rooms and study areas, as well as a first rate restaurant and comfortable modern accommodation, providing a perfect environment for learning.
The awarding body, Industry Qualifications known as IQ, provides qualifications that are valued and recognised as being best in class by ensuring the highest levels of assessment integrity. IQ is recognised by UK regulators including Ofqual as compliant to the high standards set and this highly sought after stamp of approval is testimony to the calibre of this training programme as well as the candidates accepted on the course.
People are a company’s greatest asset and further development and learning is a major factor in an organisation’s growth. The business case therefore to train in-house staff to train others within the organisation is especially strong, ensuring that knowledge is shared among colleagues and departments.
