Lane End Gains VenueVerdict Gold Accreditation
Following a great year in 2017, Lane End has set the bar high for 2018 already by gaining a VenueVerdict Gold Accreditation, now ranking in the top 5 conference venues from over 300 participating venues throughout the UK and Ireland. The VenueVerdict Gold Accreditation is given to venues recording a Net Promoter Score of 70+ for 12 months from January 2017 to December 2017.
NPS (Net Promoter Score) scores have been analysed across over 300 conference facilities and venues, demonstrating that Lane End is above the national average proving the High Wycombe based venue’s development and continual improvement in all areas.
As of December 2017, Lane End has demonstrated its ability to exceed customer expectations with likelihood of referral business through an average NPS of 89 which is 41.27% above the national average for the last 12 months. The report suggests there have been significant improvements in areas including but not limited to:
– Maintenance and Upkeep
– Technical Facilities and Support
– Meeting Room Quality
– WiFi Speed and Connectivity
Lane End is now also the Conference Facility with the joint highest NPS score within Buckinghamshire as of December 2017, again demonstrating the quality of service, customer satisfaction and likelihood of receiving referrals further. In fact, Lane End scored highly across the board for ratings such as: likelihood to use in future and recommend overall customer satisfaction and value for money showing the conference centre’s ability to provide a high quality service and extensive customer satisfaction.
There are also measures to prove that Lane End is above the national average for customer care in a number of areas including: understanding business priorities; meeting & greeting clients; technical support; bedroom check-ins and leisure facilities. This demonstrates Lane End’s commitment to improving not only the conference facilities themselves, but also the leisure and accommodation facilities available for clients to use. This includes the 104 en-suite bedrooms which are currently being refurbished, due be finished by the end of 2018.
Additionally to the 104 en-suite bedrooms, Lane End also has facilities including virtual golf, table tennis, beach volley ball and the gorgeous Cedar Club for clients to enjoy when using the conference facilities, adding another string to the venue’s bow and undoubtedly contributing to Lane End’s success.
