Director of the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel, Bronagh Bell, said: “We are delighted to once again receive this recognition of our commitment to quality from BDRC Continental.
“We strive to deliver customer satisfaction in all areas of the hotel, through sustainable practices, continuous improvement and innovation. I would like to thank our customers for their incredible responses, as well as our dedicated team who deliver such a consistently high quality of customer service.“
Natalie Wiseman of BDRC Continental congratulated the Golden Jubilee on its achievement saying: “This is a fantastic accomplishment for the team, as the criteria in place around the Net Promoter Score show us that the Golden Jubilee is consistently delivering excellent standards of customer service.”
The accreditation marks the fourth cause for celebration for the Golden Jubilee since the beginning of 2017, recently being named the Conference Hotel of the Year in the Small Business Awards and becoming the Event Hotel Regional Winner in the Scottish Hotel Awards 2016. Earlier this month, they also received the Gold Award for Green Tourism for the sixth year in a row.
Bronagh added: “This is a very exciting time for the Golden Jubilee, recently completing the construction of our versatile Inspiration Space and our continuing bedroom refurbishment programme. We also began the next major stage in our development with the launch of our Centre for Health and Wellbeing, offering more fitness, health and nutritional opportunities and activities for everyone who comes through our doors, whether they be a guest, delegate or event organiser.”
