Gloucester Rugby scores Venues of Excellence accreditation

Gloucester Rugby, one of the South West’s leading conference and event venues has been awarded Venues of Excellence accreditation for its events and conferencing facilities.

Independent venue consortium, Venues of Excellence (VofE), has welcomed Gloucester Rugby Conferencing & Events as its newest accredited member thanks to its excellent customer service and versatile venue space.

As the home of Gloucester Rugby, the venue at Kingsholm Stadium, prides itself on treating all of its clients like VIPs and offers a wide range of facilities, most of which have pitch views, for up to 350 people. The club caters for conferences, meetings, events and parties, with full catering services, free wi-fi, and free on-site parking for up to 150 cars.

To become a Venues of Excellence member, venues must meet and maintain the organisation’s stringent high-quality standards across areas including facilities, staff, service offering, catering, environmental impact, customer support and health, hygiene and safety.

In return, members can access a range of services including sales and marketing support, discounted access to specialist industry training from the Learning and Development Academy, 12 member events, an annual conference and promotion at industry exhibitions.
