Ashorne Hill wins second award for Customer Service Excellence
Ashorne Hill, the meeting and training venue located in the Midlands, close to Leamington Spa has won a silver award in the Conference Awards 2020 for their customer service. The award was announced in a virtual ceremony on Wednesday 18th November 2020. This is the second award the team has won this year to recognise their customer service.
The Conference Awards take place every year and attracts more than 600 conference venues and professionals from across the UK. They are designed to reward and recognise conference excellence. There are 20 awards to be won and Ashorne Hill were recognised out of a shortlist of 10 other contenders in the customer service category.
Renata Homer, General Manager at Ashorne Hill said, “I am so proud of the team. They truly deserve this award. It recognises them for their hard work and customer focus that is at the heart of everything we do at Ashorne Hill. The timing is perfect as we are all anticipating the return to work and, hopefully, the return of face-to-face meetings allowing us to get back to what we do best, looking after people. Earlier this year, Ashorne Hill also won the best customer service award in the Midlands Business Awards 2020.
