Food and Beverage Supervisor – Bar

Location: Missenden Abbey

Salary: £18,000 – £19,000 per annum

Full time position

 

Are you a strong leader that works well under pressure and has a passion for customer service?

This position requires a flexible candidate to join our Dynamic, friendly and direct team to Supervise and manage operation, budgets and targets and staff in the Bar area.

Provide and ensure a friendly, efficient and professional catering service to all Missenden Abbey customers and consistently exceed their expectations

Develop existing processes, procedures and catering products.  Work closely with all departments of the Abbey and act on client feedback to deliver and develop excellent catering service to encourage further business.

Ensure that all information and customer requirements is communicated clearly, efficiently, on time and delivered by the team on duty.

Supervise junior staff, including their recruitment, training and development

Promote catering and bar products provided by Missenden Abbey at all times.

You will quickly become a committed, energetic and enthusiastic member of the support team, able to work on own initiative and able to display great pride in your work.

Previous experience is essential, Additional operating system and Till training will be provided.

Excellent development opportunities, training and uniform will be provided.

The position requires a large amount of flexibility and will include working evenings and weekends on a shift rota.
