Ashorne Hill is an award-winning, dedicated residential centre for conferences and business training, set in 35 acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside. We’re based around a Grade 11 listed Manor House with a rich history. Across our 40 meeting and training rooms and110 bedrooms, we can cater for up to 300 day visitors. We’ve been a training and meeting venue for over 60 years and have built up a reputation for delivering high quality, meeting experiences, from the first sip of coffee when delegates arrive to the evening meal they enjoy after a successful day in the meeting room.
We’re on the hunt for a customer focused Food & Beverage Assistant.
You’ll be a people person and enjoy engaging with delegates in our restaurants. You’ll be organised and have a keen eye for detail making sure that you leave our delegates with very fond memories of their event at Ashorne Hill.
As we emerge into a post-Covid world, we’ve got some really ambitious targets to achieve as a venue team. We need someone who will rise to the challenge to help us achieve this and take really good care of our clients. We’re a lovely team, with many members stacking up over 20 years of service. Full Time, Permanent Position working a 40 hour week covering breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, working 5 days out of 7.
Casual Work (Zero Hours) also available.
The Food & Beverage Assistant role involves delivering the highest standard of food and beverage service to all our customers. You will be expected to prepare the restaurants for service, lay-up and clear tables and serve our customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will always be focused on giving the customer a great experience.
This position requires an outgoing personality, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not essential as training can be given.

Salary of £8.91 per hour. (£18,532.80 per annum)
Bank hours and overtime agreement in place
Profit related bonus
22 days holiday per year rising to 27 days over 5 years plus 8 bank holidays
