From farm to fork at Wilson Vale

Independent caterers, Wilson Vale, believe that good animal welfare is fundamental to good food.

The company’s latest commitment to good animal husbandry is that they have signed up to the European Chicken Commitment to ensure that all chickens in its supply chain meet recommended animal welfare standards and regulations.

All of Wilson Vale’s meat is farm assured and sourced from a Network of Accredited Butchers Nationwide. Fresh fish supplies come from Marine Stewardship Council fishing grounds to ensure sustainability.
