Lane End Conference Centre is a specialist conference and training venue, situated in 26 acres of grounds in the Chilterns countryside, near High Wycombe and Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

The venue is conveniently located within one hour of central London, only 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport and easily accessible from junction 4 on the M40, junction 8/9 on the M4 and M25.

The venue benefits from a modular design with five distinct buildings, each of which includes a conference suite containing one large conference room and a number of syndicate rooms, a course office for administrative needs, a number of dedicated bedrooms, private dining room, bar and a comfortable lounge with a variety of coffee, infusions and home bakes available throughout the day.

In total the venue offers a choice of 8 main conference rooms and a combination of 24 syndicate rooms, 104 en-suite bedrooms, 3 dining rooms, 5 bars and 26 acres of grounds with plenty of leisure and fitness facilities.

The accommodation comprises 104 en-suite bedrooms with small balconies. All rooms have been recently refurbished and residential rates include the use of all leisure and sports facilities available at Lane End.

Lane End Conference Centre is AIM accredited and a dedicated business venue, free from any leisure or transient guests and offering specialist facilities in an environment that is conducive to learning and development.

All the meeting rooms at Lane End Conference Centre is fully air-conditioned, featuring the latest audio visual technology and offering good natural daylight. Delegate packages include room hire, ceiling-mounted data-projector and screen, flipcharts, notepads, name cards and pens, bottled water, free-flowing tea and coffee with fruit and freshly made home bakes, three course buffet lunch, free wifi access, free car parking and a dedicated event planner.

The leisure and sports facilities include 9-hole FootGolf, five a side football, tennis, beach volleyball and a one mile running track. The Cedar Club offers an extensive gym, sauna and steam room, virtual golf, snooker and table tennis. The venue is not open to the public and all facilities are reserved for our residential guests.

Conferencing

Our facilities are suited to a wide range of business events from meetings of less than 50 delegates in our traditional Royal Box to conferences attended by 1,000 delegates in our Grandstand Conference Suite.  Our newest facility is The Owners Club, a purpose built venue with a capacity for up to 240 guests.  With ample free parking as well as Newbury racecourse train station, it offers a convenient choice in a picturesque setting.

Here at Newbury Racecourse we excel in providing a high-quality location for a variety of film projects.  We can accommodate small TV advert productions and big budget shows in a range of settings, from kitchens and bars to the extensive indoor space in our three grandstands.  Sizeable filming spaces within easy access of London are hard to find, especially ones that aren’t under a flight path!
