We are delighted to be hosting The Power of Excellence at one of our flagship member venues – Warwick Conferences, The Slate and we look forward to welcoming you to this award-winning facility.

Prepare to be inspired by our two exceptional keynotes speakers. We are also looking forward to a series of sessions from industry experts and interactive workshops. Details of these workshops will follow, and delegates may choose two sessions to attend during the conference.

The exhibitor zone is integrated within the main food & beverage area and will provide a broad spectrum of services across all elements of the hospitality industry available at various networking opportunities across the whole day. Many suppliers will have exclusive offers available to members only at this event.

This year the conference will culminate in a glamorous awards dinner with entertainment and dancing. A wonderful opportunity to mix with your industry peers and celebrate another successful year! The conference is open for registration to both member and non-member venues. In particular, we welcome attendance by those who may be keen to explore membership further and learn more about the exciting benefits membership of Venues of Excellence can bring.

Would you like to engage your people more fully in raising your venue to higher levels of excellence?

This participative workshop will discuss how you can use the levels within the Investors in People Standard as a framework to identify key development areas in your organisation. You will hear how one Venue of Excellence has used the Standard to design and deliver continuous improvement. You will also have a chance to use one of the Indicators from the Standard to gauge your organisation’s current performance level.
